Hello im just dropping in to ask a few random questions:
i have never really seen anything like this on the net.!
is it really without 'swaying' if that pos cause to some degree we sway in just how we live eat? that is it ever truly 50:50 for a boy/girl?
i have just lost a baby in 1st tri we tried straight away and i could be pregnant now who knows? however i am interested in shaping up my diet a bit since the mmc.
My current 'diet'
Im a bit ashamed to say im a sugar person and i dont really eat healthy at all
I eat id say fairly frequently thru the day 5x maybe tops 6? it would be bf,lunch,dinner+dessert and maybe 1 other so yeh 5-6x i would say :)
I have put on weight in the last few weeks due to loss and lots of comfort food
If i have caught straight away is it likely to be boy,girl based on above?
To add if i havent my diet going forward (4/9/19 onward)...
1800 calories max, because i would like to lose weight
a apple a day
wake up - small chunk dark chocolate, 2 hours later bf/lunch almost together, 2 hours later again dinner (yeh im weird and eat dinner early), 4hrs ish later pudding so basically 4x eating i suppose?
to understand, how often would i have to be eating a day to sway blue? how many calories a day to sway blue? or if i am counting calories to lose weight to sway blue i basically maintain/gain weight?
