Hi mummies,
I'm currently trying to sway boy and wondering what sugar can you use? Like I want to put some in my weetabix..but not sure what type?
Any difference with white or brown sugar?
Thanks.

Oh thanks!!! No I couldn't find my other post haha.. That's why I reposted. I thought it didn't send.
So is there no difference with what kind of sugars we eat? Is there a more favourable option?
Thanks atomic!

All sugars are very much the same thing. I have a really old essay on sweeteners that is not up to date here https://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/2038-sweetening-up-your-sway-pink-blue.html but please understand, there is NO discernable difference between white and brown sugar, honey, etc. Eat what you want in terms of sugar for blue, avoid artificial sweetener.
Sugar is fine in moderation for blue as long as you avoid the "all sugar, all day" type of diet many moms of all girls tend to follow. :)
