Ahhh, I’m so so pleased that I’ve finally got my BFP after a horrible late loss last year.

I feel I was great on the diet, cut out breakfast completely, high dose folic acid & omega 3-6-9 and fibre supplements, drastically cut down on meat for me and DH including lots of soya and DH also took OLE every day.
I didn’t get to work out loads but I have a full time busy job plus a toddler and house to look after, so fairly active! Plus my BMI is low so couldn’t afford to lose and not ovulate.

Despite all the good stuff, I’m getting very wound up on the stuff that might have completely ballsed up this sway [emoji2358] Turns out that I had 2 possibly 3 attempts in the fertile window and fell asleep after so no j&d and there was definitely the big O [emoji85]

My pregnancy voo-doo (which was correct in predicting gender with my last 2 early on, is making me tingle towards pink [emoji92][emoji178][emoji92]) but I’m panicking for sure!

Has anyone else had similar experiences TTC and still got their baby girl??
Sorry for the epic waffle!!!

Please help if you can pretty please [emoji16][emoji16][emoji16] xxx

Even with 3 attempts we still got girls, and 2 has really caught up to one in the results.

I fell asleep after BD with my daughter and had the big O too.

Really?!? Phew [emoji28] I keep panicking that it’s all been in vain. What are the official stats with BD frequency in the fertile window?
I’m going team green (which will be better for my sanity in the long run). Should I post my sway now or when little one arrives??
Thaaaanks!!! [emoji16][emoji16][emoji38]

The stats are misleading because the people who have two attempts have generally been on diet a longer time and were less fertile than those who got pregnant with one attempt. Since lower fertility may = more girls conceived this may skew the results to make 2 attempts look better than it really is, so I don't like to consider them "canon" as they say but right now we're at 68% with one attempt (281 respondents) and 67% (with 104 respondents.) So not that much lower. We also have a category with one attempt plus J and D which is 77% with 120 respondents.

Oh and post your sway whenever you feel comfortable!! Many people like to wait till the end of the first tri just in case, a few people wait till the birth, but it's fun to follow along with you guys in your sway threads as we all wait for baby!
