I have been on the LE diet for 1 month now. We had our first attempt today. Just wondering for how long do I need to continue the diet?

Till BFP. You must stay on diet in the 2WW in case you don't get pregnant and have to try again the next month, plus it may help XX fertilized eggs to grow and implant in the uterus to keep with the basic tenets of diet.

But if you slipp up and have a cheat, it's no big deal. Just don't go off and on and off and on diet. Stick with it till pregnancy.
