7 weeks pregnant, waiting to miscarry

This entire month after I found out I was pregnant I have been going thru absolute hell. My hcg numbers are rising, but not doubling , and my gestational sac is measuring two weeks behind baby. Baby is measuring right on track with good heart rate but soon if sac doesn’t grow, baby will die from being too cramped. Yolk sac also on edge of being too big which can be an indicator of a chromosomal abnormality. This limbo is so painful. Plus, my husband has to start taking prednisone for his colitis which I guess is terrible for sperm. Any experience in any of these areas?

They're of course not what we would hope to see, but as they say, it's not over till it's over. We are hoping and :pray: that everything is ok. The techs do sometimes make mistakes and things that seem like they're not working out, do.

RE the prednisone, it takes time to kick in. IT's not going to immediately wreck his sperm and very likely won't ever wreck it totally. Most people taking it can still conceive. It may take a bit longer but it happens in time. Please let me know how I can help! We do have tricks to get pregnant quickly (if it comes down to that, which we are all hoping that it won't.)

Thank you for all of your kindness and advice. I found out today baby does not have a heartbeat anymore. D and c scheduled for Monday. I would like to purchase a plan from you in a modified form to get pregnant quickly / for a boy but mostly for a healthy pregnancy. For all of your help so far I want to give money towards your business and also get a plan to follow for piece of mind. You are such a wonderful person. I would probably suggest waiting the first cycle out since you want a boy, but at the same time I totally understand how badly most people do want to be pregnant again right away. Just let me know what your preference is.

Yes, it's a plan to get pregnant quickly and to sway blue (I can't guarantee gender, unfortunately - all we can do is up our chances.) It comes with a sample diet and some other fun stuff and then I'll help you in the coaching service to plan meals and stuff based on what YOU like, not something that I make up that includes foods you may not even like! :)
