Hi all!
Im Kim, I have a beautiful 17mo boy and am hoping to sway for a girl soon.
I am still breastfeeding and have not had my period return. I’ve bought some ovulation test strips this week so I can start tracking to see if I am ovulating.
I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed with all the info! Can someone point me to an overview of the most commonly used ‘girl’ sway tricks?
We fell pregnant with my boy our first month trying, I was eating a vegan diet and exercising 5-6 days a week doing a combination of HIIT and strength. We had sex every day (sometimes twice a day.. my husband was determined [emoji1787]).
Any tips, suggestions or support so welcome!!!
Thank you [emoji120][emoji120][emoji120][emoji120]

If you're not having your period you're not ovulating. But you CAN catch the first egg before you have a period.
Your period will come back in time (probably quite soon.) So you can either do the OPK tests and have an attempt the first positive you get OR we have a method called the every 4 day method, where you have sex either every 72 hours for a better chance of conception, or every 96 for a better chance of pink. (please note, the exact number of hours does not matter, it's an explanation on how to count the days! people are getting way too hung up on the number of hours. Just BD sometime that day, every 4th day counted either Monday/Thursday or Monday/Friday if that makes more sense) Breastfeeding likely sways somewhat pink so I'd have you continue with that as long as you're happy doing so.
The things we have found to work are LE Diet longer than 12 weeks plus fiber, coffee, and alcohol (and please wean off all supplements other than folic acid or folate unless you absolutely need them for your health and well being, and avoid probiotic supplements and highly fortified foods); cardio exercise 60 minutes a day for 4-7 days; one attempt or e4d method, and Clomid/Femara if you can get them. For your husband, jogging/biking and smoking have been shown in studies to sway pink. WE also use Olive Leaf Extract and soy milk for husbands. Fiber may help.
That's it. Most of the sway tactics you read about don't work at all. These are the only things we've found that really do seem to affect the gender outcome.
Welcome to the site - and I'm happy to help in any way I can! I know there's a lot of info on this site but I'm always here to walk you through it.
