The nub seems flat, which is more pink friendly, but the shape and length seem somewhat boyish and makes me wary to sign off on it totally being a girl. Slight pink lean.

I dont know why but my felling says Boy.... this is my last Baby and i hoped for a little girly After two boys 🙈 because of this i made an ultrasound on my own (i am nurse):... it is Not quite good but i hoped for better „nub shots“

Well, I'm a gender swaying expert, not an ultrasound expert, but I have looked at an awful lot of ultrasounds along the way!!! :)

Believe me - I totally understand! I have 4 boys and also hoped for a girl with my 3rd and 4th! I promise feelings don't predict gender - I was sure I was having a girl with my 3rd but he was all boy! Good luck and pink dust headed your way!

There are some tricks people use to try and boost the chances that they will have a girl or a boy. We call those tricks "swaying". I'm good at using those and I've been helping people to sway for about 10 years now.

I'll try to take a peek if they're short. It may be a couple hours before I can. :)

Swaying isn't 100%, even with pink lifestyle people get boys about 1/3 of the time. It just isn't set in stone but many of us still like to up the odds a little. :)

One of the videos seems to be entirely of the baby's back/back of head.

The other one started off with the baby facing away, but it turned over midway through. I would give a tentative pink lean (like 52%/48% LOL) but the nub was only visible for a moment, and the baby was in motion when I thought I spotted it, so I don't have much confidence that I can guess accurately. The baby being in motion means that the angle of the dangle is not at all reliable and I just don't like getting anyone's hopes up when I can't give an accurate guess.

Thank u so much that u took your Time for me... i took a picture of the video.... First i was sure, that this is the nub which is Stacking - but now i am not sure any More

There’s absolutely no way you can determine the nub when baby is lying like this. Back needs to be straight.

The problem is that the baby was moving all around. No one is going to be able to guess on that because the baby was not lying still. You could probably find someone to guess on them, but they would not be able to tell you your baby's gender accurately. You would be setting yourself up for huge disappointment by having people guess on these pictures because the baby was not in the correct position.

Several of us have had wrong guesses on ultrasounds. It sucks to be told the wrong thing and then find out something else - and it especially sucks if people tell you what you're hoping for only to find out it was not correct. I really urge you to wait for an ultrasound done by a trained person who can take the pictures when the baby is lying still and the nub is in view because these pictures are not accurate for guessing regardless of who is the person guessing. :) Good luck and I hope you get what you're wishing for.

I have the same problem I had before - I feel like the nub is awfully short for a girl. It's pretty straight, but at the same time it's not that clear cut obvious girl nub. I'm still about 50-50 with a slight pink lean due to what I saw on the video.

"baby boy 3" i wrote on the photo - this was because i was sure, it will be a boy... but then i looked again and again and again and was unsure....

these photos which look a bit "orange" (not black/white) are from my 1st trimester screening at a praenatal diagnostic - i hoped he tells me gender, but he didnt... so these are original photos taken at 12+4

the black/white were at 11+?? and the video was at 13+??

thank you so much for your time

I don't know whats going on with me.... when i was pregnant with my 2nd son (my wish was to have a baby girlie - i was sad about 4 days, but then i stopped and began to be happy and look forward to my beautiful 2nd son....

Now everything changed.... at 11+0 I was at my doc, asked him, if he can see anything bout gender... he looked (2 times) and then he said: i am sure for 70 percent, this is a boy..... i went home, cried lots of hours.. then i searched a lot on the internet and saw, that at this gestation, nubs always look the same... so i got hope again..... and i looked forward to this 1st trim screening, because i know lots of friends of mine, who were told gender from this specialist... but to me, he only said: its too early....

so i was sad again... i took the photos and paid lots of people/homepages from gender experts to have a look..... the first second opinions were girl and i was soooo happy... then it came boy, again and again.... so i had 6 opinions from "experts" 3:3 .... i was very dissapointed..... cried again.... so i went to hospital on my own (i am nurse) to make an ultrasound on my own... these are this videos.....

the strange thing': at my second son, i was sad about days, but then i stopped... now, i try to get clear with the fact "it is possibly, no HIGH possibly a boy" i try to be happy.... two hours later, my mind says: no, this could not be.... i search for other photos on the internet, i look at my photos, etc... then its ok for a few hours, then it starts again.... wake up in the night.... dreaming about nubs... start to research again and again...

i want to stop this... i want to be sure and then trying to convince and be happy

sorry for crying on you, but my nerves are away :-(

Oh ok I thought maybe a technician had told you that, and since they see way more than we do, I would have had to bow to their judgement.

The doctor should not have told you gender at 11 weeks. Baby's gender is not visible at that stage and all babies look like girls. The doctor did not know what he was doing there. We often, often have issues with doctors telling the gender incorrectly to people (to such extent that I truly believe no one should listen to a doctor's opinion on gender, ever LOL)

The reason you are getting so many varying responses is that we can't tell! You can ask and ask and ask, and you can probably, eventually, find someone who will tell you what you want to hear, but we just can't tell you what you want to know, and someone who is telling you what you want to hear still very well may be wrong. I'm sorry, I wish we could, but I think we've gone as far as we can with what we have to work with and unless you have another scan, you are 50-50 right now.

Many of us found our 3rd-in-a-row baby was the hardest (mine sure was.) We don't know why, but it seems to be a particularly hard thing to hear. My hope is that this is still a girl and you won't have to go through the experience, but if it's a boy, I promise you WILL get through it. It's hard to love a picture on an ultrasound screen, but once the baby arrives things change and you will adore him just like you do your others.

Good luck and pink dust!

I'm going to try to explain this one more time and then I'm going to have to move on because I have spent way too long on this.

The reason why people can't tell you your baby's gender is that the pictures are not the best for guessing. It has nothing to do with your baby's gender, we literally cannot tell on these because the pictures (even the ones the professional took) are not good enough. That is the reason you're getting mixed replies - because it's not clear and people can't really tell. I feel like you're looking to read something into us not being able to tell, but the reason we can't tell is just because we can't tell, and not because it's telling you anything about gender.

50-50 boy/girl. If you want more than that, you need another scan. Good luck!
