Where's my period???

Hi mommies,

Just a little concerned so I wanted to seek help.

My husband and I ttc last month (and I tracked , bd on O- CD15, then the morning after).

I got some symptoms around 5-9 (sore boobs, cramp which I never get, headache and dizzyness, nausea after food). At 10dpo I had some light brown pink spotting (doesnt even fill pad). Heres the thing...i continued spotting until now - dpo 16. So this is my 6th day! I am 2 days late but I am a super on time person who gets her regular full flow. Been testing and getting -ve hcg.

A few times when I wiped, I got some stretchy red things.. Not clots but it's like syringy.

Anyone experienced this? I'm getting a bit worried.. And sad that my cycle has messed up!!

Oh.. I don't take any contraceptive pills too.

Have you recently started any diet changes or supplements (starting or stopping them)? Exercise? Lost weight or have you been sick/not getting enough sleep?

Some months are just weird in terms of the period. Swaying can change cycles, but sometimes it's just a fluke event that can't be explained by anything. I suspect this is your period and it's just an oddball one, but I do want to hear about anything that's different lately.

The good news is, this tells us about LAST month, not this month. So you may have had a strange cycle last month, but this bleed will act as a reset and you can have a normal cycle this month after having a weird one this time. This period has nothing to do with this next cycle, and hopefully it was just a one time event.
