Did you follow a diet plan?
Yes
If yes to diet, which one did you most follow? LE(Low Everything)

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Still ate meat but had a lot less of it and never had red meat. I had three meals a day but always delayed breakfast. I wasn’t very strict about worrying about eating the least nutrient dense foods as long as they fit in my daily totals. I did avoid things like cereal, protein bars, tea, etc.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
12 weeks minus one week right in the middle where I went on vacation and didn’t really follow the diet (ugh).
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
No
Comments regarding DH's diet-
His only diet change was eating a little less meat and maybe a little less fat because of the dinners I would make.
DId you consume alcohol? Often- daily

DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details?
I drank at least two large mugs of coffee a day. I also was eating dairy and soy free because my son who is still breastfeeding doesn’t tolerate it.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
I was on the diet for 12 weeks and included exercise this time after a failed sway last time with no exercise. I stayed very relaxed the whole time and didn’t stress over little details. I am still breastfeeding and am at my lowest conception weight.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
I got pregnant really easily again. My last sway failed so I’m worried my body just prefers to carry boys. I skipped an entire week of diet and exercise while on vacation. I had a cheat day most weeks. I stayed at the high end of fat and calories because of breastfeeding and trying not to lose weight.
Things worth mentioning:
Dh had alcohol and smoked special cigarettes every day.

Well, I just got my NIPT results back and it’s boy #3. That was our last attempt so it looks like I was never meant to be a girl mom. I’m a little disappointed but honestly I’m more worried about the reactions I’m going to get because everyone in my family was hoping it would be a girl. I think my husband is more sad about it than I am. I’m happy to say all of the trisomy results came back with no abnormalities. Now I need to come up with a boy name!

Have you thought about not announcing the gender until birth? I find less people will comment negatively when baby is born.
Congratulations on your healthy son! [emoji170]

I’m sorry you didn’t hear girl like you hoped to. But congrats on your little boy! I think you’re right about it being other people’s comments that are the biggest downer. If only everyone was more self-aware and kept those tedious comments to themselves.
