Oh goodie. I’m so stressed about my blue sway I don’t even know who I am anymore, lol. *♀️

If you read the full study you'll see that this is during pregnancy. Women who are terribly stressed during pregnancy may lose more XY babies than XX babies, leading to an alteration of the gender ratio. We are swaying by changing our lifestyles BEFORE conception and so this study - while certainly interesting - should not upset any blue swayers, we're already doing what we can to get our bodies in great physical condition and optimal fertility to help support a healthy pregnancy, be it XX or XY (even if we are stressed! A healthy body can support a pregnancy even in the face of stress.)

Ugh my husband and I both getting stressed a lot. He has a demanding job. And I’m not even in sway territory yet and already stressing. We already have three girls.

Try not to take things like this too seriously, I promise lots of us with all boys were super super stressed when we got our boys (and a LOT of people think stress sways blue anyway).
