Hi

Don't plan to ttc girl next year but want to make sure I am preparing for that attempt. Is this what I should be doing?:

1. Daily exercise 60 min - cardio
2. LE Diet
3. Fiber powder/tablet? (is there a certain amount or brand?)
4. If I can get Clomid, take this
5. Little/Limit Sugar
6. Alcohol
7. Coffee
8. BD at opk+

Is this correct, missing anything? Thank you

You don't need to necessarily limit sugar and I explained more about this in your other thread.

Fiber - any brand you can easily get (like, without having to order online or whatever, unless you want to order it online LOL) only with meals containing fat. If a meal has no or very little fat, skip the fiber.

Is hubby willing to do anything like cycling or smoking?

Hubby smokes occasionally. He does play floor hockey and basketball during the week, does that count? Should he taking OLE or anything else?

sorry one more thing, with the fibre is there a specific dosage/amt to take after every meal? Is powder better than pill?
