Dh is on antibiotics. Boy sway

Hey ladies. Hope y’all well. So hubby’s on a ten day course of doxycycline. 100mg just one a day. So we will miss ttc this month and ttc next month. Is six weeks enough time to wear off the affects of antibiotics on him? Do antibiotics sway girl? Do they reduce speed count and quality?

Anyone conceived a boy while their dog was on antibiotics? Just need some reassurance

We honestly don't know how or if antibiotics sway. The old school sway gurus claimed they sway blue. I have my doubts bout that obviously (we have such good results for blue using PRObiotics!) and many antibiotics do seem to negatively affect sperm count.

6 weeks is a very nice margin of time. Sperm do take 72 days to form though so I would absoltuely have him taking his supplements and doing regular release to be sure he's making healthy sperm as many as he can, just in the off chance there are any still affected by the medication.

Lots of people have gotten boys on antibiotics. If it was a strong trend either way we'd have more information than we do, but results are all over the map. :)
