I has had some spotting today and waswondering if aspirin could cause it? I have been told by my dr i have a hormone imbalance even though they havent tested me and havent got plans to either, even though i beged her to check me out properly. Ive never had mid cycle spotting before, ive not ovulated yet so i know its not that. I wouldgo back to my dr but they just dont seem to care, i feel like its a case of oh well your 37 have 5 kids move on.
I am taking vitex and b6 but this is the 1st month back on the aspirin and im taking one every other day

Yes I was very crampy.lower backache too.and I am taking baby aspirin but only twice a week because I don't tolerate it well.I bruise badly and it made my AF last 7 days when I was taking 1 daily when usually it would be 4 or 5.this is my 3 rd attempt cycle.what about you ? How long have you been swaying ? Are you doin a strict sway ? Im dropping a few things this time in hope of that pink BFP.I posted my plan feel free to have a look. Hopefully AS will shed some light on this spotting issue :)

I was doing a strict diet but had to put off ttc for a while as i was taking a long time to recover from erpc after the miscarige but never when back to my old ways of eating as i was hoping the whole time for the all clear to try so didnt want to waste time having to diet for 6 weeks before. Im still on the diet i only really eat rice and pasta and broc cali and runner beans with parmasan cheese and on a cheat day i will treat my self to some low fat mayo on it, go me lol. I up my calorie intake with tootie fruties and skittles sometimes, At lunchtime i either have a yoghurt or ryvitas and keep myself going with diet coke and coffee

I'm sorry for what you have been through ((hugs)) !
Your girl diet is amazing.you must have heaps of will power.I do manage to keep within limits most days but some days I literally feel depleted and I have to treat myself to something naughty eg a slice of pizza lol.i need to be very careful now because I was only 126lbs to start with and I'm 5ft 7.I'm down to 119 and will allow myself to lose maybe 1 or 2 more lbs for this attempt but any more and I know DH will have something to say and I've got to keep DH happy ;) I can't do this without him lol so I'm prayin for that BFP in about 3 weeks time.I'm doing 5 attempts through O using rephresh so hopefully FX !

These sound yummy I'm going to try them.telco da a light choices grilled peeper pesto which is delicious.I'm not sure it's totally girl diet friendly but it's low fat and low sod for the small amounts I eat and only 75 cals per 100 mg it's truly yummy :)

Sorry I'm posting off my iPhone and it does this word prediction thing and messes my words up I can spell honestly ;) lol.was meant to say ... Tesco light choices grilled pepper pesto cottage cheese.it's very flavoursome :) I think it would actually be nice mixed with a little pasta.I put a little bit onto tesco light choices Dutch crisp bakes and these are delicious too. Per crispbake = 1.1g protein 0.2g fat trace sodium and 29 cal.IMO very girl friendly.you can top them with anything really. Humous or extra light philidelphia are a few suggestions.

Ive got a iphone i love it but hate the predictive txt thing lol. Im going to whizz to tescos before dinner tonight all this talking about food is making me hungery lol
I did loose quite a bit of weight at the start but it kind of slowed down and now im ok again. I try to be good all month with of course the slip ups here and there but then each time af has shown i have 2 days where i eat goodies like chocolate and it keeps me going. I did have a space of a few days where i came off the diet all together and i felt so sluggish and unmotivated when i went back to eating bread and all the other bits of rubbish

Omg my mouth is watering lol I'm slightly concerned that when I do get my BFP I'm goin to end up the size of a house because I'm just going to want to eat anything an everything in sight.I have a huge appetite and my normal diet consists of as above pretty much everything.I'm definitely a food junkie.often been til I must have hollow legs because of my small frame and absoloute astonishing am out of food I usually consume.doing this LE diet has made me realise just how much I'd usually eat and how lucky greedy I can be.on another note tho my body most definitely must know times are hard right now.seriously my get up and go has got up and gone (apart from swaying lol).let me know if you like them little treats.I always get excited when I find something new to eat :)

Yes, it's almost certainly the aspirin. Cut back by one a week and see if it helps.
Your cervix is softer and open approaching O and can get easily injured, and also you may have ovulatory spotting that is more noticeable while on the aspirin.

Just1wish and Twinkle, Just want to say, Cranberry did this to me. My AF (usually 4-5 days long) lasted to 7 days. I was crampy and lower back pain, some bruising. A week after AF was gone, i had very little spotting, again after intercourse, some spotting. I stopped cranberry right away (I guess I know why I should have just taken it from AF-O, and not the entire cycle!. We really need to take precaution and not double up on supps, just because we think it will increase our chances of lowering PH. Honestly, I know that I will just stick to CL and diet coke, rephresh, and some aspirin to help keep PH low. and of course, diet has helped alot too (7wks on it).

thank you all of you, i will cut down on the aspirin i might just take one a week from now on, I had proplems with the cranberry as well maybe my blood is thin enough and the aspirin or cranberry is too much.

Good luck to you too. The cottage cheese was lovley btw, i had it on top of a bowl of rice as half the pot was 300 sodium but the rice is only a trace so still well within my daily allowance. Thanks for the tip hun
