Hello everyone! I'm 41 with 2 precious girls, 4 and 2. We really want to try for a little boy but I'm thinking we are too old. Any tips for where to begin in trying to conceive a boy at my age? Hubby is 46. What should I eat, not eat? I feel like we've been trying for a while now but nothing...

No you're not too old, I have had plenty of people get boys over 40. I had my last boy at 39!
I would have you do HE Diet (including vitamins) https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-to-conceive-a-boy/16806-high-everything-diet-nutshell-version.html weight training, and then be sure to have 3 attempts (or at least two if 3 i not doable) in the fertile window of O-3 through O Day (and most people will want to have these attempts O-1 and O Day to be in line with Shettles timing.)

I followed your advice and got the HE plan but in reading it, I believed I got the generic plan but it says it is not meant for women over 35. Had I known, I would have bought the customized plan. Any suggestions? Should I purchase customized now? I wanted to have access to the timing and OPK ebook as well. Thanks for your help! I'm super excited to begin this journey.

No not at all, I change very little for my blue swayers over 35. The only thing that's really different is that you need to take extra caution to not go overboard on carbs (so please do not feel you need to eat nuts + dry fruit + potato + bread + fruit juice + meat, etc at every meal.) and to be more careful with weight gain - only 3-5 lbs max.
Do you have timing/OPK book already?? We can add those at a discount or switch you over to the personalized plan, whatever you prefer.

Is this not included? I thought that it was. If not I can switch over. Whatever you think is best. Just let me know. Thank you!

you can buy them together or not, and I can't check to see if you bought them - that's why I was asking.
If you did buy them you can access them here: HE Diet book: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/21-day-meal-plan-for-he-diet/ and OPK book: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/guide-to-understanding-af-and-using-opk-to-sway/ Timing book is here: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/download-the-timing-book/
I am still waiting to hear back from the tech support people, I'll check with them again!
