How long on OLE?

So how long should DH be on OLE? My dh is taking it but not consistently unless I nag him. Is it important he's on it for months or is a month before our attempt good enough? TIA!

We honestly don't know, so I operate under the "6 week" assumption but anything is better than nothing. :)
