question about herbal supplements

Hi Atomic,
I was wondering if I should consider including vitex, saw palmetto or both in my future pink sway? I'm worried that my very regular cycles might mean I'm more set to conceive little boys. I think me and hubby may be quite fertile, my first son it took a few months after being on the pill for 2 years, my next pregnancy I conceived after 2 months, and my last pregnancy I conceived after only 1 cycle. I'd be interested to hear your thoughts, thank you

Nope we've gotten much lower results with them than without them (low 50% vs. 70% for the site as a whole) and even though I keep them in the mix for those who have a burning need to use them, I no longer recommend them. NOt only are they significantly less effective than the overall site as a whole is getting, they're also massively disrupting to the cycle.
