There are things that are good for cardiovascular health and cancer prevention and then things that are healthy for fertility and staying strong in the face of disease. These things are not the same!
For our purposes we use "healthy" as healthy for fertility. NOT the types of things that may prevent heart disease and cancer. Totally different.
