I'm coming up on our first attempt (next month is what we have decided) and have been taking a probiotic with fish oil in it. Went back to get more and they were out. I saw a prenatal DHA by rainbow light and wondered if someone could check ingredients for me?
Ingredients are as follows...
Vit E 30 IUI
Choline 50mg
Purified deep sea fish oil 416mg
Omega 3 fatty acids 308 mg (broken into 33 mg of EPA and 250 mg of DHA)
Mixed tocopherols 20mg
Orange essential oil (I'm assuming to mask fish taste/smell) 15 my

Do these seem ok for boy sway? Or should I return?
Thank you!!

Also... As far as diet. I haven't been steadily tracking calories or actual foods. Just trying to eat every 3 hours and have protein, carbs, and fruits and veggies as much as I can (as well as animal fat instead of vegetable fat). I definitely can tell I've put on weight (pants are tighter or not fitting as well. But I'm still a slender person. I had cut back on working out (weights once a week) to actually put weight on...because I have a very fast metabolism and burn easily. So ive started increasing weights this month and leading up to attempt next month. Does that sound ok?
Also, I can definitely tell a difference in my cm... I usually have a ton of creamy and never see any clear... But it's not like I have a ton of egg white...its more I only notice it now during DTD times and it's just watery. Is that normal? Or have I dried myself up? Plan to use preseed as well. Sorry for all the questions just wanna get my ducks in a row! Thank you!

I know this isn't what you're asking but just so you're aware, Rainbow light Prenatal is among my least favorite products. I don't recommend that one (even during pregnancy). I prefer to see you guys on something that has only 100% of the daily recommended value of the nutrients like One a Day or Centrum.

It is a higher dose of Vit. E and fish oil than I prefer. I would have you take them every other day and if you have a prenatal or multi that also has Vit E in it, I'd probably return it and get something that just is DHA or fish oil.

Yes that sounds great, go ahead and exercise more now and hopefully you'll hold steady where you re.

Watery is also fertile CM. That's just whaat you want to see!

Ok perfect thank you for your quick response! I will return it! How much fish oil are you recommending? And any certain bacteria strain I should look for in the probiotic? Those confuse me!
I got nervous with the cm because I'm used to seeing it in my underwear...and I haven't really this month or last. Going to start musinex this cycle to test it out!

I recommend 500 (total from all sources). I feel like we are seeing too many side effects with more.

All probiotics seem to work (probably because they all help you get more nutrients from the foods you eat)

You will likely see a lot of CM with the Mucinex, most do!
