Okay, DH and I are starting our supplements today and just wondering if there’s anything we should add or leave out? TIA

Me:

One a Day women’s
Folic acid 2000 mcg
Probiotic (acidophilus)
Nordic naturals prenatal DHA
Ubiquinol 50-100 mg


Him:

One a Day men’s 50+
Ubiquinol
L-arginine
Carnitine
He does do a fair amount of running and lifting and he also has a whey protein shake a day.
We’re trying to keep it simple and not overdo it. Anything else I should be doing?

Looks great to me, I'd give hubby the probiotics and DHA too.

Wht are the doses on the DHA, arginine, carnitine??

Those are the DHA. Should I get DH a different kind as this is prenatal?
It’s 500mg of both the arginine and carnitine.
Yes! We’ll be doing mucinex around O but I hadn’t planned on doing it this cycle because I’d like for us to be on the supplements for at least 30 days before we start actively ttc!

Ok. I would take that DHA every other day instead, both you and DH. I am concerned about too much DHA possibly lowering cholesterol and it can also cause some side effects.

Let's give hubby 1000 mg carnitine if he's willing. :)
