So do you think it would be okay to have more protein and less carbs in the 2ww so as to keep blood sugar low? Also it's suggested to lower blood sugar to not fast... So maybe add breakfast back in? I just wonder if it's worth it... Like it's better to have your blood sugar low to let a girl implant and by then gender is determined and protein amount /skipping breakfast wouldn't matter. But if you don't get your bfp that month will that mess it up for the next cycle? Thoughts?

ETA.. Of course still keeping calories low /trying to continue weight loss in the 2ww.

No. Just eat the same as you have been eating all along. You're very much overthinking the blood sugar stuff. Your body doesn't "like" having low blood sugar and even if you eat nothing but protein, your blood sugar would still rise to normal range. By "low blood sugar" we just mean don't eat every 15 minutes all day. The diet already accounts for the blood sugar, you do not need and should not try to do anything in addition to what is already done.

You will end up messing up your sway in the future (I can't even guess at the number of people who got so convinced they were pregnant and went off diet in the 2WW only to be dismayed they weren't pregnant!) 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off diet was very poor results so please just do the diet till BFP and then normalize.

Okay I will do that thanks. I know I'm being a typical "boy mom" right now. Lol 😂😬 but I'm trying to meal plan and do all of the thinking before hand so when it comes to the month of my attempt I'm not stressing and obsessing. Just get groceries and do what's on the menu and not have to even think about it. Especially since I'll just be back from vacation. Thanks for your help 😘
