What kind of REPHRESH to. Use

Ok I'd like to try rephresh for a girl sway but i have a problem. Theres like 3 different kinds. Which kind do i use. One kind had 2 different kinds in it. Lawd help lol. And if im using acijel......when should my rephresh cut off day be?? PLEASE HELP 🤦🤦🤦

You want the "odor eliminating gel." That's what they changed the name to for some reason.

Acijel and RepHresh are not linked the way you're thinking of them. You should use the RepH. every 3 days starting after AF ends and going through till 8/12/24 hours before your attempt. Start off with 8 or 12 hours before, then go to 24 if you don't get pregnant with that timing. Then the Acijel should be a small amount about 1 hour before (like the size of a dime or a fingertip) or even less than that for a lube for intercourse. (it's not a great lube though)

Oh man, I used rephresh last night just before the one attempt. Was that a bad idea? No JaD, just laid all night afterwards.

It will likely cut odds of conception considerably, so just be aware and if you get BFN, don't take it too seriously.
