My husband and I have decided to TTC a little girl after 2 boys (almost 4 and 2). He has another son, who is 8.

So far, I have bought OLE, folate, cranberry and ph strips. I also have some refresh. I have been drinking Diet Coke and have our Equal in my coffee.

We are dairy free and take calcium. Should I stop this? How far in advance? Also, my husband has just started running? Should I maybe start running too?

Any other suggestions?

Calcium I leave at your discretion. I personally got boys doing it (and with tons of dairy) but I know it's hard for a lot of people to give it up. As long as it has no added Vit. D I let people take it (although I gave it up to get my girl!)

Yes absolutely I'd love to see you exercise, it's one of the most effective tactics we have.

What do you plan to do for attempts?
