Desire Gender with Fertility drug ???

Hi Atomic, its me again :) So,,,,after trying for almost a year now and no BFP:( today i am sitting in a fertility Center :/. They did all the realated Tests and diagnoses for me and DH. and now they are telling me everything is great! Our results came absolutely Fine and perfect.. So now what..they are telling me as me and Dh both are in our 40's they will start fertility drug for my next cycle.. which is okay but then what about my desire gender?? i mean i m in a state of giving up kind of mind but still inside my heart i really want my desire gender.. what are my chances with this drug? what your suggessions ??

Many, many people get boys with the fertility medicine. At most they MIGHT sway 3% according to studies. Just focus on boosting your fertility in other ways and taking your prenatal vitamin and everything you guys have done up till now will only help you still have a good blue sway!

There are things they don't know, so sometimes it may be that there is an issue that they don't understand yet. But the fertility medicine really can help even when they don't know the cause. :)

But the fertility medicine really can help even when they don't know the cause. :):)) whenever i talk to you i feel like everything is undercontrol :) thank you for being ther atomic.. last cycle they track my ovulation through viginal ultrasounds and almost my opk track the same dates its 14th day after period. and i did my 3 attempts..but still no BFP.. now i m going to take this fertility drug and just hoping for best. :)

We may want to rethink having some extra attempts along the way.Okay to be honest we did 3 attempts during ovulation and 2 more attempts after.. before ovulation.other then thatlast month we did only 2 or 3 times in between cd 7 cd 9 or 11.
i am thinking last month we didnt do much attempts because of this ultrasound process and diagnoses were going on. i am at cd 24 today and i m waiting for my Af. which i m feeling will come soon..then they will call me for my 3rd day of period to start fertility drug.

OH yes I remember - you guys were having attempts way too soon! I don't think those months you were having early attempts like that really "count" for not getting pregnant. You just couldn't have gotten pregnant.

When were your attempts last month?okay... last month it was like cd7,cd 9,cd11 and then 3 attempts on cd13,14and 15. then cd17 and cd 18. then we did one more time bd on my 2 week wait..

Sent from my SM-G955U1 using Tapatalkatomic, today is cd 10 my fertility doctor called me for blood work n ultrasound they said two folicle are ther,,one is on left and otherone is on right they said letrizole worked great for me, they were telling me something about linning and one is 2point something and other is 118cm..they said its good and thick linning.. i dont understand.. i m now waiting for my bloodwork result they said still i should go for attempts today, tomorrow and day after. they will call me again tomorrow but it depends on blood result, its cd 10 a little early again for my 3 attempts? i did on cd 8 ill go again today..your comments?

You won't ovulate till 5 days after your last dose of letrozole (so if your last dose of letrozole is on CD 7, you can ovulate CD12 easily) but it can be good to have attempts in advance. So if you're looking at a CD 12 ovulation, then yes absolutely attempts CD 10, 11 are great!!

Sent from my SM-G955U1 using Tapatalk Af is here again :( today is day 3rd and i again start letrizole for 5 days.. i dont know whats wrong..i ovulated and i did all my attempts and everything looked so possitive. but again no bfp :'( my gender desire is now turning into just one more baby plzzz, letrizole gave me headaches, constipation and other things.. i didnt focus on my diet and other things which i was doing last almost 8 months for baby boy. i dont know what the hell is going on why i m not getting that baby.. can u tell anything? anything to help :(

I have no medical advice GM2 but would say to give the new drug a few months try see how your body adapts, good luck I hope your bfp arrives soon :)

Don't worry about the diet too much, you've had 8 months for your body to store nutrients!

AT this point it may be time for more testing by your doc, but let's be sure you're having the attempts at a good time.

Sometimes it just takes a little while.

Sometimes it just takes a little while.my attempts were on cd8, cd11,12 13 actually they gave me shot for ovulation and told me to do attempts so i did and for the safeside i did on 14 again then at cd 17 they called me again and checked and said i ovulated.
when i fisrt visited to this fertility center they did all related tests, cycle monitoring, my egg reserves tests i dont remember the name of that test now, dh tests like spermcounts and sperm motality tests.. complete blood work, thyroid and other related ones.. and results came good.. they said sometimes its unexplained reason or may be age or stress??? otherwise we both are perfectly fine [emoji57] what test u think i should ask now?? they recommend IUI though... but its a bit financial thing to look..??

i wanna ask u about something like quality of egg?? i read on internet if everything is fine may be its a quality of egg sometimes quality eggs and somewhere hidden and thts why conception not happened is it true coz doctors didnt tell me anything about it. if its true how can u improve the quality of egg???

The Internet is not right, the doctors can tell from the numbers they get about the egg quality! They would have let you know if there was a problem. When things are normal they don't mention it.

The HE Diet is already good for fertilty, but just to be sure your egg quality is the best it can be, I would cut back on sugars or white grain products, and eat only fruits, vegetables, legumes, whole grains, and nuts for your carbs. If you are having any egg quality issues, cutting back on simple carbs, particularly sweet sugary foods, may help that a lot.

also i m already feeling good about my health now as i started this diet and stuff from last year.. thank you for ur advice about sugury things ill try to cut them from my diet..

Sent from my SM-G955U1 using Tapatalkhi atomic, so again this cycle they gave me ovedril pen shot on saturday morning 21 March as they said i have super folicile and they told me to do timed intercourse on the same night and then next 2 nights total 3 attempts..it was cd 11, so i did cd11 the night i got shot then cd12 yesterday and today cd 13.. should i do on cd 14 too or am i good???
