There's no benefit to testing urine pH.
Nikki, I am certain I have replied to your sway already. I've already talked about some of this stuff, and had suggested giving up some of those supplements. Did you not see my answers or did you decide you wanted to try them anyway? https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/add-your-boy-sway-/80182-trying-sway-boy-please-help.html#post1046096
I do want to be sure you're not eating tuna more than 2x per week, it may have mercury that builds up in your system.

What about the evening primrose oil?? I am most concerned about that.
Where are you in the cycle?? It is natural to have low pH at some parts of the cycle that will increase around ovulation so just want to be sure I'm giving you the right advice!

I would drink a glass of wheatgrass juice and a glass of grapefruit juice every day for the fertile week. Add in guaifenesin daily starting 5 days before expected ovulation and then going on for 3 days after O.

??? no guaifenesin is what people take to make MORE CM! Robitussin is fine as long as the guaifenesin is the only active ingredient. Some of the Robitussins have other things in them that may harm your sway so please tell me the one you're thinking of and I'll check it for you. :)

The one without the dextromethorphan. Dextromethorphan is bad. But if you can find one without the Bromhexine and JUST guaifenesin even better. But Bromhexine is acceptable, just less proven

No PH isnt necessary for sways over here :) Its more about improving your nutrition levels and body condition for blue swayers. Have you been trying to gain any muscle at all? Storing all the extra goodness is great for blue:agree:

We have seen soo many pH opposites going every which way that it has become impossible for me to believe it tells us anything of importance at all.
I got my 4th boy with pH of 4.5-5 that never went up till after I was already pregnant!!
And your husband's pH is high anyway. I think you guys are good to go!

Hey that's more than what I gained before I got 3 of my 4 boys (and the other I held steady and didn't gain anything!)
Walking is good exercise as long as you don't go longer than 45 minutes at one time.
