Hello, I am 8 weeks pregnant and am swaying for a girl. I followed and followed many tips here (LE diet, training, coffee, alcohol, a try ...). Now, however, I am very unsettled because I was sick (cold) during my ovulation and I read that this can increase the blood sugar level. Could it be that I undermined my swaying? Many thanks for the answer!!

Being sick around O may sway pink, we believe.

It isn't the level of blood sugar at ovulation that really sways. We use that as a kind of shorthand to talk about a complex process where over the course of many weeks/months your body is forced to burn off stores of fat as fuel. It is NOT a measurable number on a blood sugar scale. So no one needs to worry about things that may have made their blood sugar go up for a day even if that day is ovulation day. Things that happen for one day do not sway.
