13 weeks.. any guesses (please!)

I had a 13 week scan today. The dr said there are no boy bits visible at all and he’s sure it’s a girl.
Is it possible to be this certain this early on?

I have uploaded a couple of scan pics. Would be interesting to see what others think :)

The side nub shot does look very girly...sorry. Potty shots wouldn't be reliable this early.

Thank you both for your replies. Yes IÂ’m sure of my due date, the scan definitely came up as 13weeks exact. I feel bad that IÂ’m still hanging on to some hope that the dr could be wrong :(
