Hello all! It has been a long time since I have not been active on the forum anymore. I would like to hear what kind of nutrition affects the girl's sperm. Now that I will get a second egg collection soon. I have already heard that I should not eat red meat. What else?

Are you doing IVF?? You MUST NOT follow a swaying diet when doing IVF rounds!!! It will dramatically lower your chances of success with IVF to do a swaying diet because it may lower your egg quality right when you need to get lots and lots of eggs. Please do not sway when doing IVF.
