Somewhere between june/ september i’m going to start with the pcos diet to hopfully get my little girl.
I want to make sure that i Will get enough fat and protein. So does this sound good?

Breakfast (around 9 am)
- full fat yoghurt and an apple

lunch
- salad ( al little bit of light mayo is this ok?)
- 3 slices of whole grain bread

dinner
- stewed vegetables (Made in sunflower oil) with5 pieces of chicken (size of chicken nuggets)

Breakfast
- full fat yoghurt and a banana

Lunch
- salad with 1 whole Egg
- 2 slices of whole grain bread

Diner
- 1/2 cup brown Rice with stewed vegatables ( Made in sunflower oil)

I need the totals. I can't know if you're getting enough without the totals.

ARe you aware that you don't count protein and fat in fruit and veg, and ANYTHING in low cal veg? A lot of people get mixed up on that so just wanted to be sure.

Yes light mayo is ok, but in many cases I prefer you guys do full fat mayo anyway. I'll be able to be more helpful with the totals.
