Issue w/downloading purchased sway plan

Hello,
I purchased the complete boy sway plan yesterday but was only able to download one of the files. I was able to download the meal plan but not the sway plan. Is there any way that the sway plan can be resent to me? I sent a message through the website but haven’t received a response yet, so I thought I would try here as well.

I think it's because you are using Tapatalk. Try accessing the links from a different browser and not Tapatalk.

Thank you. I tried that but I don’t know where to find the links. The only links I have to access the material are the links that were emailed to me.
