Hi ! Not an expert but I had kinda the same pics as you and the girls told me slight blue lean. So maybe your guess is correct ? Will wait for other answers.

I think the nub is hidden but that might be a bit of it poking out of the bottom end of baby so I am going to guess girl :)

Baby isn’t flat in second photo that’s why I find it so hard but if baby was flat I reckon nub would be point up a bit that’s why I stil reckon maybe boy

slight blue lean, but these are not the best for guessing as in addition to the baby's position, I think there's some cord between the legs.
