I do not know if I would post this here or what section something like this should be in?

Any of you ever take the gianvi BC pill?

I am NOT PREgnant by NO means. So that is not a concern.

But with this bc pill last month I skipped AF. I called my ob office and they said it is okay for this to happen. This bc pill only has 4 reminders. I usually would get AF on the Saturday or one time it was just 1 day on the Sunday.

I am on the following month, it is Saturday and no AF. This is frustrating. It feels so much better when AF comes and then your bloating goes down, your stomach flattens etc.

Well next month because of new insurance I will switch to Junell (low does bc pill). Actually Sunday I will start it.

But I just hope that today or tomorrow AF would come.

Gianvi is a strange bc pill.

The brand name to this pill Yaz or another one are actually recalled. But ginanvi is not. On my new insurance it is considered a Tier 3 under the highest copayment so that is why I have to switch to Junell which is a tier 1 (lowest co payment) but I am not even upset any more about going off gianvi.

I did a search and others said they had no AF on this.

Anybody ever take Gianvi?

I take one like that and I do get AF but it only lasts for a day and a half and is very light. You technically don't have to have a period ever but I think any bloating should subside once your body gets used to it. Some pills are better than others and some have made me bloat more than others.

Thanks. The Junelle (low dose) that I will soon take has 7 reminder pills so hopefully it will be different.

Thank goodness I am on the 4th brown (sugar pill) on Junelle and I got AF. I was really starting to worry on Gianvi.
