Hiya,
So I need some advice about exercising.
I’ve been swimming for about 40 minutes 3 times a week and maintaining my (low-ish) weight.
I’ve just been reading a previous post about moderate exercise swaying blue rather than pink.
Can you shed some light on this Atomic and advise me on if I should continue. I haven’t really got the time and/or energy to exercise 6-7 days a week but I’d hoped some was better than none [emoji2370] Thank you!! [emoji166]
