I’m a bit confused about the membership plans, I would like a personalised plan but I also have PCOS? I don’t want to choose the wrong one. When I was a member before it was a basic one I think as I just wanted to access the private forums but now I feel like I need coaching and advice as it’s my last chance.

Any plan set that says "personalized" or "custom" is the right one. (you don't want "ready made" or "instant download" as those plans are not personalized). The variations come from the amount of extra "stuff" you want with your plan but any of them that say "personalized" or "custom" are the one I make for you.

Hi, I paid for my plan today and filled out the questionnaires. I thought I would be able to access the private forums but I can’t. Is that because they’re not included in the plan I chose? Thanks.

I bought a plan back in March and have not received it in my email or given access via the site. I have all the paypal transaction details to verify. Can you please help? Its been beyond frustrating to try and get a hold of someone from support
