So its been a while! Have had so much going on in my life but my cycles are just so irregular and its so frustrating
Any advice on whether to try this supplement? Just trying to get a little regularity going on .
Or am I just out of luck and this is just perimenopause?
My last 3 cycles, 26 days, 46 days and now 16 days!!!!

I was just thinking about you! I swear I have Gender Dreaming ESP!

While it's not something I normally recommend, I think at this point it's worth a shot.

Haha! I always seem to pop back in!
I ordered some 60 mg and figured I'd try it.

How do I take it?
I'll have to pm you some stuff are you still checking them?

Take like Clomid only you will have to take 2 as they're about half as effecive at Clomid.

Yes you can start CD 4 or even 5. Take 5 days and then stop them.

So frustrating! I decided not to do the soy this cycle because DH wasn't going to be around often so didnt want to waste it. But last cycle was 17 days and now on day 20 and still no ovulation. How can my body be so out of whack. Gosh its so depressing.
Sorry just venting!

Its probably way too late to take now right?

Agh yes please do not take it now. If you were forming follicles, it could delay ovulation and even possibly form a cyst.

Ok guess I will wait as it seems this will be a LONG cycle!

The other option would be to get in for a scan or blood work to see where you are in the cycle. If they were to tell you that you weren't even close to ovulating yet, you could take the soy then without the risks.
