Hello!
I had a successful girl sway back in 2015 after two boys and was over the moon thrilled! Thank you so much for all the info you share! We were planning on being done after our daughter but alas, we've decided we would love to add another baby to our family and would love another daughter. For my daughter I swayed very strictly and exercised on an elliptical 6 days a week for 1 hour each day for 10 weeks. I think I only missed a day or two. Back then, I was working part time at a grocery store so the daily exercising wasn't an issue. Now, I work 4 11 hour days a week at a warehouse. I am literally walking/speed walking almost 10 hours straight a day. I was wondering how that would factor into the exercising part of a girl sway? I would like to sway pretty strictly again this time so I need some advice about whether I should still exercise an extra 1 hour a day 6 days a week or not? Also, I do a lot of lifting at work as well. I've built up a lot of muscle and was wondering as long as I'm eating a reduced number of calories and hopefully not building anymore muscle then would that still sway girl?
Thank you!
