Hello!
How are plant based meats for the Le diet? I don’t eat them at all but might substitute it for some of my own meals when I make things for my family?

Soy based stuff, please limit to 2-3 days a week (up to 4-5 if you are going fully vegan) This is because there's mixed evidence about how it sways and how safe it is. But as for the meat replacers that are made of grains and beans and mushrooms, they're all good. There's also quorn which is not as common in the US, but as far as we know is fine daily as well.

You can also sub in things like eggplant, mushroom, cauliflower or even potato, that kind of thing in recipes that have meat in them. I sometimes make vegan enchiladas with potatoes that are surprisingly good.

Thank you! I think these are made of beans and grains- I don’t like tofu etc. I don’t plan to go fully vegan or even 100% vegetarian, but I thought If I liked these things it might be good!
