Is there any way to combine some of the Mediterranean diet with the LE girl sway? I’ve been told the Mediterranean diet is good for those doing IUI and IVF (by stabilizing ovulation.) I feel like the PCOS girl sway is closer to the Mediterranean diet but what about those without PCOS? Also I’ve ordered a personalized girl sway but figured I’ll get some input before I get the diet back [emoji1360]

Yes absolutely you can do that!! I like to see anyone who can stand to do the PCOS-type diet, doing it, so I will put that in your sway plan.

So you would do the following -

1500-1800 calories
50-60 g protein and fat

You don't count protein and fat in fruit and veg (count calories only) and you count NOTHING in low carb veg - they are free and unlimited, no need to count them.

Whole grains instead of white refined grains
Full fat dairy only, no skim or part skim dairy
No sugar

And then you'd use lots of those good vegetable based fats like olive oil for the Med. Diet elements! Vegetable based fats tend to sway pink, and while historically I've had you guys avoid olive oil in favor of canola and soy oil (just in case! there was never any proof olive oil swayed blue) I am fine with you using it.

I hope to work on them today - as plans are very involved I like to wait till my husband is home so I don't have to watch kiddos and do plans at the same time!
