36 ttc girl after 4 boys and failed attempt to foster to adopt

Hello! I just purchased the girl sway plan a couple of weeks ago. I’m on day 4 of le diet and plan to try in July. My head is swimming with all the information. Any and all recommendations are welcome and appreciated.

Ok thanks. I took a look at that slow burn diet. I’ll probably have more questions once I read through the new plan [emoji3] just going to eat with a calorie deficit until then.

Also I'd have you switch off skim dairy and go to full fat only, and drop sugar. Switch to whole grains if poss.
