And also the how we got our girls thread has a lot of info: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-to-conceive-a-girl/1877-how-we-made-girls-girl-moms-pink-dust.html
For breakfast and lunch I had a lot of things like peanut butter or American cheese sandwiches, hummus wraps, bean burritos, and white toast with jam or the occasional egg. I ate bagel and cream cheese, and tons of baked potatoes (my daughter is like 30% potato, LOL) I also had vegetable soup with cheese in it sometimes. I had low cal yogurt or white chocolate with blueberries in it when I needed a sweet treat.
For dinner I mostly had whatever my family was having only I didn't eat the meat, and just filled up on vegetables and starches. :)
