View Full Version : "Goofy" sway tactics Fun thread

Hi all! Hope everyone is doing well during this global pandemic! I'm not currently swaying as I just finished breastfeeding my DD2 and we want to give it a year for a solid blue sway for my body to recover, but I am making more blue friendly changes like eating healthier, building muscle and setting goals for myself. I still creep here though to make sure I'm on track (obsessive I know) and I love this community!

So anyway the point of this thread is I just want to see what everyone does to add to their sway even though theres no science behind it. "Goofy" or karma tactics LOL. Anyone still do the ions? Or wear certain jewelry? Personally, I just ordered a boy outfit to put under our bed [emoji57] I truly believe we will get our boy this time as my DH is the third child and a boy! He says I'm jinxing it, but I think it will be good luck having it there! What "goofy" things do you ladies do??

Just want to put a disclaimer down here saying goofy is just a fun word I wanted to use and I am in no way making fun of anyone that does certain sway tactics [emoji4] this thread is just for fun and I may also be looking for more ideas for additional blue dust/karma/vibes [emoji12]

That's a fun idea.
I'm swaying pink. I guess I'm doing lots of weird things (not all intentional). I never painted my nails for a lot of years and recently started doing it once in a while. I guess I thought the feminine energy might help or whatever. The same with perfume. I always tried to control a lot with the kids and DH. But now I'm thinking just let it be. (Feels great! Lol)
I still think DHs libido is way too high and I think that's a reason why we got the boys. But I just don't know what could help to get it lower.

Congratulations and I hope you get your boy!
I’m swaying girl and I am just for fun painting my nails more, wearing more pink clothing, pink jewelry, pink lingerie. I don’t think it does anything but it helps me keep my focus on the diet and exercise.

Swaying blue and have a amethyst pendant on me often ( I have one attached to my work badge and my car keys, as those are close to me most of the day).
Will put a baby in outfit that a dear friend gave me, that one of her sons wore, so hopefully it’s full of blue dust :)
Things I’ve had to replace lately I’ve elected to get in blue: navy iPad cover, blue water bottle etc lol

Thank you!! They’re great!! The biggest things I notice about recommendations for boy sways is that I was big on supplements- regularly took multivitamins, biotin, vit c, d, b, fish oil, ACV. I never ate big breakfasts but I would at least have some eggs. I could eat meat for every meal- I love it. Drank tea a lot- sweet, unsweet and hot. I am not overweight but I never have consistently worked out. Never eat/drink diet anything. I don’t eat a lot of dairy as I have sensitivities to it.
Our attempts were all one attempt at ovulation/positive opk (same day for me) after abstaining for at least a week. Even our last son who was a surprise baby conceived in the hot shower. I ate a burger before sex- maybe that did it [emoji2370]

Hey guys, I do want to point out that for blue, the "positive ions" may be harmful (negative ions are good for health so I don't care if pink swayers mess around with them, but blue swayers need to beware) and do not work anyway. Also everyone please be very, very careful with the gemstones as some of them are actually radioactive. I have a full (probably TOO full, but it has a lot of science behind it) explanation on ions, why they cannot work for swaying at all, and the dangers of some of the ion products in this thread https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/63173-ion-insanity.html

Alright my good luck outfit arrived today. I put it exactly in the middle of under our mattress so it works for me and DH. It'll be under there for a year so hopefully it will accumulate enough luck before then. Or cover any suprise babies [emoji23]https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200522/8d008f5916b875711c35b952ba33931b.jpg

Hi girls,

I love this thread ! I’ve often thought of the ‘goofy’ things I might do, not because I think they actually work but more because .. well .. if they don’t do any harm then why not right !?

I’m girl swaying but not for a couple of years. I think I might buy a rose quartz necklace, I think it’s cute anyway, switch to lots of lavender beauty products... things like that !

Love this thread lol.
I want to sway for girl at the end of the year or start of 2021 (depends on how covid19 situation is too). I never thought how boyish my lifestyle is until i discovered this site: I'm a big cereal eater, tend to snack a lot between meals and i love crisps (although i try not to have them at home). As we had infertility issues with our first, i've always taken lots of vitamins and supplements in order to favour fertility. The other two came at first try (last one was a surprise baby).
I've never been very "girly" in terms of beauty salons, going shopping, wearing make up or perfume every day... I do like it every now and then but i'm not bother enough to be consistent. This time around i want to start doing my nails more often (even maybe in a salon! but i'm a bit scared of toxic products), lately i use mascara and paint my lips more often... I have a packet of pink baby socks in a drawer and i bought some bandana bibs too for a friend and kept two of them to put under the bed... i won't be doing the wooden spoon thing though, that's a bit too far for me lol.

It's silly, but my father in law always say that if baby is born in crescent moon, next delivery is different. My last was, so we'll see if it's true. I even joked about waiting to push the baby out until the moon was crescent, as my due date was way before - and guess who arrived late and in crescent moon! - i know it's silly but i find it funny.

I also thought about buying a salt lamp and some rose quartz earrings or necklace... shall we paint the walls pink too?? (just joking).

Even clomid box here has pink on it lol

Lots of pink and blue dust for you all xxx

It is super, super common to have trouble conceiving the first child and then the others come along very easily. It's almost as if for some of us our body has to "learn" what to do, so even if you guys had trouble with the first conception don't assume that will always be the case, because oftentimes it isn't!

I agree with that, i guess it's like when you go back to exercise and you find it less hard to keep up with it.

It’s opposite for me so far (sigh) as my two boys were conceived first go and then when we decided to try for a girl in January 2020 I also fell pregnant that same month but sadly miscarried :( and now it just doesn’t happen ever since...

I also have a baby girl dress under my bed, a rose quartz bracelet and a lavender shower gel. I’ve always been very girly too (makeup, perfume, dresses, stilettos etc). I hope one day I can add some pink to my very boyish household [emoji177]
