Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Vegetarian for 2 years prior to starting LE diet. Lost 4kg over 6months on LE diet. BMI down to 20.5 at bfp.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
6 months
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
Yes
Comments regarding DH's diet-
Pretty much went vegetarian, Chicken once a week. Skipped breakfast alot. Never used to drink but started drinking everyday the last 6 months+ at least 2-4 drinks daily.
DId you consume alcohol? No
DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I did not factor that into my sway
Any Diet Details?
Didn't include salt. Had mainly 3 meals but "skipped" breakfast with having generally 16hr gap between dinner and 1st meal. 1750ish cals, 40-60 protein, 50-65 fat. Went for wholegrain instead of white. Ate 2min noodles everyday for lunch and 2 pieces of toast for first meal. I ate alot of sugar and milk chocolate (within daily limits) no snacking. 3 glasses diet coke a day and lots of mint gum.
Pepp tea 2/3 cups daily for 5 months, dropped the month of bfp.

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
Exercised on a bike for 60mins 6/7 days a week. For 5+months. Highly physical the rest of the day with farm work.

BD info around ovulation- Attempt 8 days before predicted O, J&D straight away.
Attempt 2 days before predicted O. (1 day before first positive opk, little to no cm) Woman on top. Laid flat for 4 mins front and back and J&D, had female O and really enjoyed this attempt. (Consider this the 1 attempt)
Pull out BD 1DPO, small amount may have been at entrance, I did climax later that day.

DH used mag and cal (no vitD) and olive leaf extract. Most days! He sucked remembering and I had to tell him all the time.

Salt lamp, lavender drops everyday.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
Diet was completely different to when I conceived my boys. I grazed constantly with them and ate breakfast and alot of meat. And happy I lost as much weight as was safe before risking ovulation.
Had very different cm to my norm.
DH wore tighty whities for 6 months, been a free baller or boxer man his whole life. Big thanks to him, I know he HATED it haha. Happy he was supportive on everything I asked of him.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Wish I could have eaten 2 meals instead of 3 and stayed away from chocolate.
I wanted it to be more of a clear 1 attempt but maybe it was e4d which still is promising. Wish I didn't have an orgasm either side of ovulating! May of helped me conceive but I hadn't for 5 months at attempts beforehand.
Little stressed it was on a super moon. My last son was on a super moon. Fingers crossed it's ok because it was a "flower" super moon.
Feel like I relaxed a little too much from my perfect sway as it was taking along time to fall pregnant. Other small details like hot shower before would have been nice or a quicker J&d
