Hi Atomic, can I have some advice please?

We decided to delay trying a while but hoping to start Le pcos diet in June. Anyway as I was already drinking quite a bit of decaf coffee I switched over to caffeinated coffee about a month ago, but my usually very regular period hasnt arrived and it's a week since I expected it to turn up. I'm not pregnant we used protection and I did a test this morning just to be sure and it was negative. But I was wondering if the change to caffeinated coffee(3 per day) might have affected my cycle?

Thank you for reading and I'd appreciate your advice:)

Is that the only change you've made?

I haven't counted but I wasn't well for a week or so as well and I was finding it hard to eat.

my gut instinct is that being sick and eating less is what delayed ovulation. Caffeine is not commonly linked to delays in ovulation but you may want to try drinking just 1-2 cups a day rather than going from no caffeinated coffee to 3 all at once.
