How much peppermint tea should i drink?

Can it be one really large cup of strong tea...or should you give it to your body seperately 2-3x daily. I've been putting 3 bags in one tall coffee mug.

No one really knows. My gut tells me that the one strong tea may be more effective than the 2-3 bags because it's one big bunch of it all at once. On the other hand, maybe it makes sense to have a smaller amount spread thru the day. Just do what works for you, since we don't have enough info to say one way or the other.
