I just got a BFP so I will update in a month or so when I know the gender. I swayed for a girl but had my son 9 months ago. With him, I had multiple attempts (accidently) and was taking vitex and aspartame. I was staying with the le diet ranges mostly but may have fudged some numbers. I felt like I was doing well at the time but I was bad about skipping breakfast and had quite a bit of coconut milk and other questionable foods. Since having my son, I have been on a lower calorie vegan diet. Not super low because I'm breastfeeding. I was also skipping breakfast every day for at least 6-12 weeks because I was trying intermittent fasting. We only had one attempt FRESH off birth control. Also taking pregnitude and rephresh. Lost a total of 45 pounds in 9 months aer having my son. Still breastfeeding thru the night. And no other supplements. I did have A LOT of b6 in my diet that I didnt realize. Will update in a month when I know.
Edit to add that I have never excersized but was walking 1-2hrs a day for 2 months before the attempt

Sneak peek says boy. It feels like all my other pregnancies, so I was expecting it. I'll have the NIPT in a few weeks to know for sure!
