Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
No, but he did go on a weight loss journey at around the same time.
Comments regarding DH's diet-
Very simple low fat diet and no red meat
DId you consume alcohol?
Yes, White Claws or wine once a day
DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I increased my coffee to 3 a day
Any Diet Details?
Low fat and low protein vegan diet.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
Did have a little more salt and butter than I thought I should for a good sway. I skipped breakfast pretty much every day. I had 2-3 meals a day. I stopped snacking and that was a huge change for me!

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
115-118s not 100% sure
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
Exercised on a treadmill and in hot yoga class for 60-90mins 6-7 days a week. I had been doing the yoga for years. I added the tread for swaying. I would stay on as long as possible.

No, after 2nd attempt I stayed in bed and even turned on my tummy. I was so over not getting pregnant.

I put a girl outfit under the bed and I journaled and prayed for a girl.
Things that make me feel great about my sway:
Diet and lifestyle were completely different to when I conceived my boys. I was also loosing or maintaining weight and with my boys I was always gaining. I was under lots of emotional stress. I got really sick a few weeks before final attempt.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Full Moon
Too much salt and fat

The fact that i have a boy mom personality

I took femara for months and needed progesterone to stay pregnant
