Hi,
Week 6 of a girl sway here. My husband has been dutifully jogging several times a week to play his part, but has now injured his foot and can’t run at all (or cycle). Is it worth him doing other forms of exercise to get his heart rate up, eg pushups/sit-ups, or is it just jogging and cycling that sways rather than exercise per se?
