Thank you for letting me keep asking all these questions- I noticed compressed release has good numbers. I’ve tried to search on this page and am not getting any results on it, so does anyone have stories of how that works for pink sway?
I’m thinking we would do external release every 2-3 days then on day of +opk/ewcm we would do external release with our attempt within 8 hours?

It actually doesn't have good results. It has entirely misleading results. Most of the people could not do it (it caused many people to miss the month entirely when their husband could not perform or ejaculate) and most of the people who said they did compressed FR actually didn't do it correctly, and so the entire result is likely junk.
Plus, it has the same results as one attempt which is it always done with (and this is unfortunately no longer visible in our stats since now a bunch of people have shown up and refused to do diet and exercise, which caused the results with one attempt to wrongfully drop, but was true for many, many years) and I believe that it does nothing but add stress and cut odds of conception considerably. When we were trying to do stuff like CFR it was our lowest results of the site, and since we deemphasized all that stuff the results have gone up and stayed up ever since.
You have the CFR directions right, if you MUST use it, which I am not recommending at all, you should have hubby release 2-3 times per day for 2-3 days, then have one release in the morning of attempt day, and have an attempt that night.

Thanks Atomic, I just value your advice so much. I’m worried about missing the second time too so we won’t do that. Just release outside every 2-3 days with one attempt at +opk. I’ve been doing the diet and exercise 6 weeks now so another 6 weeks at least to go.

What do you mean someone not sold on frequency? What’s the very best way to do it?

Some people feel the burning need to do frequency, even though it is literally something I made up LOL and I am now telling people to focus on one attempt instead. Some people cannot walk away without trying it in one form or another. So if a person is really secretly sold on it, then they should try it the first month or whatever, if you absolutely must, I understand (even though I made this stuff up based on some studies and it has not panned out in the real world).
But for anyone who doesn't care about frequency and will have no regrets letting it go, PLEASE for the love of criminy, feel free to let it go! I have seen no evidence that it works at all. MAYBE if we took 1000 people who did nothing else to sway, MAYBE. But when people are doing these otherwise good sways, frequency is not adding anything at all, and in fact is very likely detracting by making people more control freakish and preventing conception, which can then create a whole 'nother set of problems that then may undermine sways (dieting too long and messing up the cycle, people panicking and dropping everything after a couple BFN, that kind of thing.)
If there was a "best way to do it" I would of course have you guys do that thing. I promise I'm not holding anything back - the stuff I recommend is what I believe will get the best results for the most people. It's just that I understand some people cannot let any of this go without giving it a go first.
The real best way to go is diet, exercise, one attempt. everything else is window dressing

Ok thank you for explaining that. So you’re just saying that any other release outside of the one attempt isn’t important at all.
I just have 4 sons conceived with one attempt after abstaining from Af-o so I really do believe you when you say one attempt works....I just want to do something other than abstain. My lifestyle swayed boy in most ways so I’m not hung up on that being what got us our sons.
