Hi so Iv 3 ds and 1dd and hoping ttc at the end of the year for another dd. Iv been on copper iud since August 2018 but it’s been a nightmare so I’m going on cerezette I’m Friday after the iud is removed. Will this mess up my sway as it’s more likely to stop my periods? Also dh turned vegan in dec. does this affect swaying at all? Thanks xx

No the BCP tends to sway pink anyway. We have good results with coming off the BCP AND with vegan hubbies. It's all good!

That’s great. Also can I ask what’s fibre? X

I recommend coffee (not just caffeine in any form, has to be coffee) for pink sways. We don't know if caffeine is part of why coffee sways pink, so as a general rule I have people drink caffeinated coffee just in case.

Psyllium husk is a kind of fiber and many do take it for pink. There are many different kinds of fiber though, and if you can't find psyllium or dislike it, other kinds of fiber will also work.

Sorry one more question. My hubby is 37. 38 this year. He’s a smoker and vegan. He showers 2 times a day. Always hot. Is it best for him frequent release or abstain? Thanks x

Any man over 35 should not use abstain.
He can do FR if he can keep up with it, and if he can't, have him do regular release every 2-4 days.
Those things will only help your pink sway.
