Hi Atomic

Hope you are well, I've noticed a few things and wondered if I could have your opinion please. My last cycle was 34 days and I'm on cd 32 and no period although I've had some pms type symptoms so I think it will be here soon(before that I always had 28 day cycles). I have been meeting my totals and having 2 yogurts per day and a serving of cheese all within my limit.

I haven't been sleeping well since lockdown I think it's due to anxiety about the pandemic my gp has given me a course of beta blockers now along with my antidepressants to see if it will help. Also have 2 adorable young sons on the spectrum who are up during the night lol. My hubby has taken this sudden notion(on his own) to start eating soy yogurts and drinking a little gin at night.

We started walking most nights with the boys when lockdown started usually 30 mins so I'm gonna try and gradually increase this up to 60, our boys like to stop for a sitting break for a couple of mins for a rest and cuddle on the bench, does exercise need to be continuous or is that ok? Would this exercise be enough to help our sway?

We have both been managing our diet changes ok, me with the pcos diet 4 wks now and hubby with his little changes. I was just wondering if any of this is blue friendly or are we doing ok for our pink sway?

Thank you for your time and advice😊

All those things look great to me for a pink sway.

As long as you don't eat during the time while the kids are pausing on the beach it's fine.

We only bring bottled water on our walks and then the kids get a little snack when we are back home. I haven't snacked between my meals since I started the le pcos diet, although strange getting used to for first little while after being a big snacker for so many years lol. Thank you for checking that over for me😊
