Hey Atomic, please help me out for my bedding pattern. Because my ovulatation day is not always same .i am tracking my cycles since 4 months. From last 3 months i ovulate always on cd 13 right after my peak opk. But this cycle i ovulate on cd 18 . Here i don't want to follow settles timing as i have seen so many failures [emoji26].I want to follow that pattern which has the best results according to you. I erase everything from my mind whatever I heard and read from different-2 groups .

I recommend you have an attempt the night of your first positive (peak) reading on your OPK (O-1), then again the next morning (O Day) and that next night (O Day) so you have 2 in a row on ovulation day. If possible, have one more attempt the following day O+1 in case ovulation was delayed, then go to every other day for a couple more days just in case the egg was late.

That is up to you. Many of us, myself included, with all boys, had that kind of pattern normally and that's how we got boys. But I understand that many people swaying blue are scared to do that. I leave it up to you as long as your husband is releasing regularly.

Thanks, well as you said first bedding right after positive opk or peak opk ? I think peak opk is that when test line is darker than control line.

This is the lubricant which i have to use? I have seen many good reviews about it but i am scared doesn't it interfere with natural ph of vagina?

Positive OPK IS peak OPK. Two different names for the same thing. Some brands of OPK call "positive" a "peak".

Go from the FIRST positive OPK. Don't wait for the OPK with the darkest line.

That's the right stuff. Natural EWCM is better than Preseed, so if you have a good amount of EWCM you do not need to use the Preseed.

Thanks Atomic, i will go with the positive opk. But suppose if i ovulate rite after my positive opk or , right after my first bedding. doesn't its mess up with my sway ? my prediction ovulatation day is cd 12 at night. Because my cycle length is short like 26 days.

That doesn't happen very often if you're using the OPK properly. People who get a positive OPK and then ovulate right away are nearly always not testing often enough. Test every day after lunch and before dinner, and start testing before you think you could get a positive (so maybe CD 8 or so) then you'll be sure to see the rising hormone levels before O is coming and have time to get in with attempts.
